About Daniel Loria

Daniel Loria, founding partner at Avicennia Project Management since 2005, born and raised in Costa Rica. Full time resident in Tierra Pacifica, Junquillal near Playa Negra and Avellanas, he is an avid surfer, dedicated yogui and passionate about sustainability and connection with nature. His expertise and experience ranges from intricate multidisciplinary due diligence and site analysis procedures through complete permitting and construction project management for a wide variety of projects in Costa Rica. Throughout his professional career he’s had the opportunity to work with world renowned international architects to the most successful local design and engineering firms, spearheading a wide variety of projects from large scale master condominiums and coastal marinas to high end beachfront single family residences. Through his experience in project management he’s developed a strong interest in real estate development and is a certified agent since 2018.
