Magna Pacific is an exclusive jungle compound nestled above Playa Hermosa in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. The villas' geometric forms, high ceilings, and columns draw inspiration from traditional Balinese architecture, merging indoor and outdoor spaces. Expansive glass walls offer sea views, while large doors lead to shaded decks, sun-drenched balconies, and terraces. Interior landscaping enhances the connection to the jungle's organic shapes. Each villa has a private entrance, saltwater infinity pool, and spacious outdoor living areas surrounded by lush rainforest, maintaining a minimal ecological footprint.

Villa Nalani, the larger of the two, features a distinctive canopy-style roof at the property’s highest point, providing views of the sky and sea. Tiger stone adorns the exterior walls, while wooden beams and glass walls flood the space with light and ocean views. It offers an open floor plan, transitioning from the living room to the dining room, chef’s kitchen, and pool terrace. All bedrooms boast ocean views, en suite baths, and private entrances. Outdoor showers are nestled in the greenery. Inside, the villa features teak and marble finishes, Italian leather furniture, and Bali stone floors.

Lava stone enhances the 25-meter infinity lap pool and Villa Elu's pool. Private patios and balconies include a 12-seat alfresco dining area with a barbecue grill. The grounds feature fruit trees, gathering spots, and secure parking behind a gated entrance.

Villa Elu upholds the same high standards, with en suite bedrooms, each offering separate entrances and panoramic views of Playa Hermosa. Its grounds offer more privacy than Nalani’s, with fruit trees, sun terraces, outdoor showers, and an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

A nearby helipad links residents to the private jet terminal at Cóbano Airport, just a 25-minute drive away. Santa Teresa, a bohemian-chic beach town located 4 km (2.5 miles) from the property, offers eclectic shops, restaurants, and bars along its palm-fringed beaches and world-class surfing.
