Construction Update
Marina Flamingo is now building a 3-story covered parking garage that will include an incredible rooftop pool with amazing views, outdoor grill area, and a gym facility. The completion date is set for Q4 2023. A dry stack boat storage is also in production and is scheduled to be completed by the end of September 2023.
Recently completed projects at Marina Flamingo include a new concrete paver entrance road that will beautify and enhance our Flamingo Community. Also completed is the construction on all of the residential units, the first commercial businesses are on track to open their doors to the community in November, and storage units which are now available to rent.
