Represented the Developer in “The Best Malibu Has To Offer” the 80 Acre/ 17 Grand Estate Community named Marisol Malibu surrounded by thousands of acres of conservancy land and a premier private airport allowing jets as big as the G650.

Together with Rick Hilton, represented the Seller and sold at a record the $50 Million 25-acre promontory “Grand at Malibu Colony” currently named “The Case” and being developed by Scott Guillen. Co brokered to it sell out Malibu Colony Estates, a four-one acre + lot gated community on Malibu Rd.

Westside history:

Just after receiving his Real estate license in 1988, Rodrigo sold 4 lots in Beverly Park skyrocketing his career, as a result, for a period of 17 years Rodrigo co-brokered with Chairman Rick Hilton the Westside’s Premier Guard Gated Community – Brentwood Country Estates, originally owned by Conrad Hilton consists of 250 acres surrounded by 1000’s of acres of conservancy land. In this community Rodrigo co-brokered with Rick Hilton the 13 estate lots with homes ranging from 7,500 to over 25,000 sq. ft. of interior living space. Rodrigo represented the Buyer and Seller on the last sell at the development in the mid $20 million range.
