About Pourya Safari

Pourya Safari was born in Iran but grew up in Canada. Pourya has traveled extensively throughout the Caribbean. On his first visit to Costa Rica, having been there only two days he realized he had found a true piece of paradise and decided right there and then to buy a property and kiss the month-long cold, snowy winters goodbye, or better said “adios”.

Pourya has over 10 years of experience working in the Real estate finance industry and with top companies in Canada. One of the most important lessons that Pourya learned in this time was how to listen to the client’s wants and needs, in order to achieve the exact goals that are in the best interest of the client in every transaction. Pourya got his real estate license for Costa Rica in 2019 and has certifications in Chief Architect, Sketchup, and AutoCAD.
