Paul Sanson's journey in real estate began in 1998 when he left Canada to reside in the first condominiums built in the stunning Los Sueños area of Costa Rica. Captivated by the country's landscape and, most importantly, its people, Paul witnessed firsthand the remarkable growth of Los Sueños and the surrounding Jaco area during this transformative period.

In 2004, Paul made the permanent move to Costa Rica, driven by his passion for real estate and a vision to enhance the picturesque coastline of Jaco Beach. Initially serving as a Developer Representative, he embarked on an ambitious plan to develop high-rise buildings in Jaco. After successfully completing two major projects, Paul's dedication to the beachside community remained steadfast.

With over 20 years of experience, Paul has developed a profound understanding of the luxury beachfront condominiums and home sites market. His expertise extends beyond managing existing properties to assisting with new developments in the region. He has provided consultancy services to many major development groups throughout his career.
