About Michael Ayre

Michael Ayre, a seasoned professional in the real estate industry, embarked on his journey in Winter Park, CO, more than two decades ago. His early years in Winter Park gave him a robust foundation in the luxury vacation real estate markets. Michael's primary focus has been on recreational vacation properties and infill developments, where he has honed his expertise over the years. 

Michael is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Colorado and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®. Michael has personally completed dozens of Real Estate transactions in Costa Rica over the past 7 years and is currently working on a few real estate developments in Costa Rica. Before moving to Costa Rica, He was a Manager Broker/Owner of a small boutique Real Estate specializing in Recreation Vacation Properties. While in Colorado, Michale built dozens of homes and assisted with numerous developments while completing over 1000 real estate transactions. He has a strong understanding of the real estate and development and construction management processes. Mike is a passionate surfer, skier, and mountain biker; he also enjoys golf, tennis, fly fishing, and cooking.
