Max was born and raised in Guanacaste, Costa Rica but had the unique opportunity to attend The Ohio State University where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness in 2014. Prior to his return home from college, Max additionally completed Real Estate training at C21 Signature Realty in Michigan which laid a solid foundation to adopt the industry’s best practices as well as their code of ethics and standards.
Since then, Max has successfully matched numerous buyers and sellers with their respective dream homes, properties, and other real estate-related investments. His knowledge of Costa Rican law combined with his understanding of U.S. standards highlight a few of the many reasons why clients feel comfortable and secure working with him.
From an early age, Max adopted a farmer’s mentality of hard work, professionalism, and a commitment to the absolute best client service. His motto is to lead a life of significance and purpose which explains why he is a part of the local Flamingo Community Association and participates in other projects such as the Neighbor Security Program and the Natural Disaster Emergency Committee. In addition to real estate and the many extra committees he is involved in, Max not only represents the investment group behind the newly completed Marina Flamingo but is very much involved with all aspects of the project- from the years of pre-development to present-day operations.
Max truly believes in this area and is inspired by those who, like himself, seek to invest in Guanacaste and build a better community for future generations. On a personal side, most of Max’s spare time is primarily spent outdoors whether that’s surfing, scuba diving, or out hiking and enjoying the beautiful Pura Vida life on the Guanacaste Coast.
