As a trailblazer in the Central Pacific real estate landscape, Luis founded Costa Rica Connections in 1994, a venture that evolved into the RE/MAX brand between 2001 and 2007. Since then, he has served as a trusted consultant to prominent real estate developers and a select group of private investors.
