Meet Federico
Real Estate ProfessionalFederico was born and raised in San José, the capital city of Costa Rica. He has a degree in finance from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. After working in the financial sector, he decided to follow his father’s footsteps and begin his career in construction over 20 years ago in San José. In 2004 an opportunity to build in Guanacaste presented itself and he moved to the area and began a small successful construction business. He and his wife decided to call Guanacaste their home and have happily raised their two children here.
His passion for building led him to venture into real estate, this has allowed him to blend his areas of expertise with his sales ability.
Federico has also been in the business of vacation rentals which has allowed him a greater knowledge into the finances of a second home and it's maintenance. This knowledge combined with his background in construction makes him the ideal person to counsel on the decision making when buying a home or lot.
